• 3. Maintain call records and update the CRM.

Requirements:

• 2. Minimum 1+ year of experience as a Telecaller
• 3. Fluent in Hindi
• 4. Good communication skills in [languages – e.g., English, Malayalam].
• 5. Good communication and customer handling skills
• 6. Basic computer knowledge preferred.
• 7. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
